SolarBeeŽ
SolarBeeŽ is a floating solar-powered mixing
and aeration system. Depending on the model, the SolarBeeŽ draws up to
10,000 gallons per minute from below the machine and spreads it gently
across the top of the pond for continuous surface renewal. This mixing
action greatly accelerates the biological and chemical processes that
clean up wastewater and fresh water.
The SolarBeeŽ has been
deployed in municipal and industrial wastewater systems to resolve
problems ranging from odor control to discharge compliance. This
equipment treats similar problems encountered in fresh water, such as
eutrophication, algae blooms and low dissolved oxygen problems. An
additional benefit is in saving energy costs. The SolarBeeŽ can displace
most of the energy consumed by a conventional aerator. |
