Shipping Policy

The Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions which no customer or agent may alter. Customer is responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions as provided on our website.


Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are F.O.B. H2O Logics Inc. or its Manufacturers’ shipping Point. Most small items are shipped via Canada Post or other couriers at the best available rates possible. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes due to certain weight or dimension restrictions. All freight charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. H2O Logics Inc. cannot ensure that any shipment can be made by any specific time or date. in any event, the company shall not be liable for costs, including but not limited to any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or income.

All items and packages leave our facility and Manufacturer facility in good condition. Once they are turned over to the carrier, damage can occur. If there is no notation of damage on the signed POD, the purchaser has accepted that the item(s)has/have arrived, has/have been inspected and is/are in good condition. It is important that the purchasers thoroughly look over the items for damage and if there is damage, they are required to note it on the POD or refuse the items. If there are any damages H2O Logics Inc. should be notified immediately to help ensure timely resolution. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to notify H2O Logics Inc. of all damages within 3 business days from delivery.

We value our customers and will do everything to get the customer a timely resolution, as long as the damage is noted at the time of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for damage done to any items if the receiver of the items does not note damage. At this point you will accept ALL responsibility for the items and can file a claim directly with the carrier for the damage. We will be happy to assist you with this process.


Choose "Pickup" as your shipping option when you place an order with a sales representative. You'll receive an email confirmation and then a follow-up email once your purchase is ready for pickup at the selected location. Pickup is not available for all products/categories.
Please pick up your item(s) within 5 business days of notification that your order is ready for pick up.


Canadian Provincial and Federal taxes are applied during checkout according to where the item will be shipped in Canada. H2O Logics Inc. must collect these taxes based on the order destination within Canada. Canadian taxes are not collected on orders shipped outside of Canada. International shipments are subject to local import duties, taxes and custom processing fees. Recipients are responsible for paying any such additional fees where applicable.
