Surface floating aerators help increase and maintain critical high dissolved oxygen levels in ponds or lakes. At the same time while raising oxygen levels the F-Series high-volume water circulation helps reduce unwanted nutrients such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide or odorous hydrogen sulfide by stripping them out of the water. Circulating water and reducing nutrient availability reduces and controls harmful algae and weeds growth keeping a healthy, clear, balanced, and oxygenated environment.
Bearon Aquatics surface aerators are also widely used in fish hatcheries, raceways or farming ponds due to their ability to provide high oxygen transfer rate and circulation.
In brackish water, wastewater, recycling lagoons, landfill, leachate ponds Bearon Aquatics aerators keep oxygen levels high, reduce odours and sludge buildup.
Equipped with energy efficient motor permanent-split capacitor type with continuous duty and single-phase with automatic reset and thermal overload protection. Motor is fitted in an environmentally friendly, oil-filled, stainless steel housing with a stainless-steel prop guard.
Each surface aerator is shipped complete with:
- Sealed, Submersible Electric Motor.
- Carbon Reinforced Nylon Axial Propeller Mounted by Support Brackets in a PVC Shroud
- Sits in our Custom Designed Float Collar
- Anchored by (2) 25′ Long Mooring Lines
