The UV Air Treatment Systems are designed as a passive technology that takes advantage of the natural convection air currents in the room to continually purify the air and kill bacterial and viral contaminants as they pass by the UV light. The continuous nature of the treatment (24 hours a day 7 days a week) means that the system is always working to help keep your air clean and healthy.
The UV light will start a gentle convection current of air by very slightly warming the air above the UV lamp. As the air passes over the UV lamp the germicidal UV rays attack and kill bacteria and viruses at various efficiencies depending on the speed of the airflow and the distance from the UV lamp. Therefore, using the UV lamp continually will allow all the air in the room to eventually pass by the UV lamp multiple times, and overtime a load of pathogens in the air is reduced.

Easy Installation
The UV Air Purification Systems while attractive, are designed to be non-intrusive. Simply mount the unit on the wall according to instructions and plug it in.
